Perancangan E-Monitoring Berbasis Rule Based Expert System untuk Pemberdayaan Tenaga Kesehatan

This research focuses on the development of a rule-based expert system for e-monitoring healthcare professionals' performance in providing maternal care services. The system implements a knowledge-based architecture integrating medical expertise with modern web technologies. The development methodology follows an iterative approach including knowledge acquisition, system design, rule base development, and implementation. The system was developed using web technologies with a three-tier architecture, incorporating a rule engine for decision support. System testing involved 30 healthcare professionals, evaluating system usability, functionality, and effectiveness. Results showed 86.7% user satisfaction with the interface, 83.3% accuracy in rule-based recommendations, and 90% system reliability. The expert system successfully facilitated remote monitoring, early warning detection, and care guidance through its rule engine.
